After routines I went out to walk for 151st shadowing. Someone asked me “Why learning English in your old age?” It’s a natural question. I will not go abroad, no work to speak foreigners . But learning foreign language can give an old man an opportunity to use his brain differently from his boring way. It gives me a great assist to stay young, happy and healthy. Thank you very much, sir!

I’ve done the 36th 30minutes. This time I closed the lid of IPad instead of my eyes. I first watched the wall but after I set a cat cushion against it. I felt as if I had been a professor giving a lecture “how marvelous reading30 minutes every day is!”. Thanks.

I did yoga, left hand writing English, then the last 154th shadowing of this video. Because I got a recommendation from the channel, “speak English with confidence.” From tomorrow I’ll leave this video to start a new video. I appreciate very much to you for this video. It has helped me to build a steady habit. Thanks to this habit I was able to overcome worry, self pity, looking back and living in memory. Now I feel confident like the nameless prince in the opera Turandot. I’ll start writing the comment on “speak English with confidence.” Thank you very much .
