It appears that Japan has also followed the super-size-it mania of other countries. This is actually not good and can eventually affect the health of the Japanese people in the long run. The Japanese have been known to eat healthy and maintain proper weight management. Obesity rate in Japan is one of the lowest in the world. But, if more and more people indulge in these jumbo servings of food, especially those which have so much serving of rice and other carbs, it will severely cause more Japanese to be overweight and even obese.
