We got you Netta, 100%. About the Autopsy: Nolan Wells didn't drink heavily or smoke/vape. If Nolan was sent to make liquor/vape purchases for the group anyone over 21 may be culpable, because an adult who sends a minor to buy liquor can be charged with furnishing or contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Penalties can escalate if the minor is injured, or involved in an accident. Now we can read Nolan's liquor purchase described in the GJ report, and in my opinion, the state autopsy nicotine could be justification for the vape purchases. Nolan Wells didn't drink heavily or smoke/vape.

According to sea tow call, Nolan was on that boat. According to New GPS data retrieved from phone, Nolan was last known to be on boat at 2:18pm then between 4:30pm-4:48pm the call to sea tow was made. So ....WHEN DID HE LEAVE THE BOAT? WHEN DID HE DECIDE TO LEAVE WITH SOME FEMALE? AND THE SEA TOW CALL MATCHES WITH TIME LINE, AND MAKES SENSE OF WHAT WE HEARD ON THAT AUDIO.
