  This POS belongs in prison with the same prisoners that he testified against and not in protective custody. Can you imagine how many others are sitting in prison right now this moment because of his lies? LOCK HIM UP JUDGE, NO PLEA DEALS, NO MERCY. We put our full faith and trust in law enforcement to investigate cases, truthfully testify to what they found, not to fabricate evidence to send an innocent man to prison.

  As soon as a blue line, gang member uses the words I don’t recall I know he /she IS LYING!! They must teach that at the academy… Whenever asked a question by an opposing counselor always reply with “I don’t recall”. 🤦‍♂️

  Just like they teach the police. Lie, Lie, Lie. How easily he lied to their faces. How many lies has he told in court and on his reports. All cops are corrupt.

  Man this sucks, because that detective "may have mislead" the witness, she's going to be denied justice. Whatever that may be this defendant or another. Its not just that the officer threatened an innocent, or potentially innocent man, but also that they've denied justice to the victim. Awful.

  The victim said she wasn't sure if she had dreamed it or if it really happened. Then the DNA comes back and it didn't match the defendant. The hammer should have come down on the gavel, and the judge should've said, "case dismissed"! Any further prosecution would be malicious, inferring the state just can't stand to lose. We know he didn't do it but we're trying him anyway. Anything to waist tax-payers money.
