  As a member of the Framers of the 1987 Constitution, definitely Sir Christian Monsod's specific breakdown of explanations on the 2/3 treshold vote for conviction is better than that of Ex SC Chief Justice Panganiban which I strongly believe that time the best I ever heard of. But upon hearing this now, definitely way better than Assoc Chief Justice Azcuna's explanation on this matter. Very clear explanation on this issue. Thank you so much for this very clear explanation.   The most important is accountability of sara with overwhelming evidence. 2/3 of the qualified members present during trial and voting . Rational po at commonsensical equals justice for the filipino people
