We still have a lot of of Victorian apartments here in SF with the bath and the toilet in separate rooms. It is clever and always appreciated when one person is showering but others just need to use the toilet.

I recently remodeled the main bathroom in my single wide. I refused to pay $700-800+ for a particle board/MDF vanity. So I bought an old wooden desk off Facebook marketplace for $75, sanded it down, painted the base and whitewashed the poplar top to get a beachy look. I used Dixie Bell Gator Hide to water proof it and added a waterfall faucet over a vessel sink. Plenty of space in the middle part for plumbing and supplies in a plastic dishpan. A piece of cloth on a tension rod is all I need to finish it. Maybe a drop in sink later cut out of the center.

Completely accurate about using your towel to dry the tile after your shower. Before I did this 30-second ritual, mold would grow within about 3 weeks, and I had to use harsh cleaners to get rid of it. Now haven't had mold ever since towel drying. Good program.

This video honestly blew my mind and made me so nostalgic. It&apos;s crazy how we traded simple, lifetime durability for cheap modern junk that breaks <br>. I&apos;m definitely going to check behind my medicine cabinet tonight!
