Love how you got so sad when there was no “hello, world” but then when it popped up you completely ignored it 😭

Fun fact, one of animators which worked on this episode said that originally the last "nuke(10)" command was supposed to have "(100)" multiplier for it, but he had to tell others that it was gonna to create more numbers then there is atoms in observable universe, so it was reduced to "(10)" (still 10 trillion symbols, which is a lot)

The reason Yellow was used in this video instead of The Second Coming (TSC or Orange) is because Yellow is the computer nerd of the 5 main stick figures in Alan's videos. In AvA, his coding allows Alan to assist The Chosen One against The Dark Lord and their virabots. In Animator vs. Minecraft, Yellow is the redstone and command block master. TSC is the main character since AvA part 4, but Yellow is the character most suited for this topic in particular.

Fun fact: the animation vs coding fighting song is called: &quot;hello world&quot; xD

I think why the laptop is so aggressive, is because of the errors. There are red sparks that appear when an error occurs, and they don’t look friendly, possibly even hurting the laptop and what’s touching it. Since more errors occur the laptop gets more aggressive and making it want to the get rid of the thing that makes these errors, yellow.

Hey ellie, in the Alan Becker series, yellow is a kind of.. a nerd, a programmer. the smarts of the group, the orange guy you see is the second coming. I’m talking about Alan’s animation VS series, orange when he is in danger, awakens his power, which was used to defeat the dark Lord, or Hollow Red. So yellow is here because it’s about programming, there are others like blue, green, red (not the Dark Lord), etc. and this isn’t related to the video but to answer your slight confusion why yellow is there (also this is info from Alan’s series which I said before, called animators VS animation.)

That was probably one of the best reactions to this video and I loved all the explanations. An interesting detail was actually the definition of the nuke function, which returns a ginormous nested list of numbers, which you can see laying around in the aftermath part (that&apos;s why there are just those piles of numbers).

Here are some in-depth explanations if you&apos;re into that.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=600">10:00</a> The gun stops firing here because the array &quot;gun&quot; is empty. There&apos;s nothing more to &quot;pop.&quot; (&quot;Pop&quot; means to take the last value of the array and use it, deleting it in the process)<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=636">10:36</a> &quot;val&quot; is another array. This code shown here is endlessly filling the array with random numbers.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=698">11:38</a> The code here essentially says this: &quot;is C (the iteration number) bigger than N (the input?) if not, print the text and run the function again, increasing C by one. if so, return.&quot; (&quot;return&quot; is basically telling the code to exit the function without doing anything, but you can use this to also return a value.)<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=724">12:04</a> ...why did it program a quit function? That was what hurt it in the end.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=768">12:48</a> (Relatively) advanced physics stuff. I can&apos;t explain all of it in this comment.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=812">13:32</a> However, the line of code being modified here is checking for if the circle is touching the bottom of the game window. circle_pos[1] &gt; screen.get_height()-circle_rad checks if the circle&apos;s Y position, minus its radius, is touching the bottom, and if it is, bounce. Setting this to a * multiplier instead will now no longer check for the bottom of the window.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=816">13:36</a> We&apos;re now checking for if C is larger than the length of N. Each string being used is longer than the last. (ASCII is a table of 256 characters, though usually only about 96 of them are normally used.)<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=833">13:53</a> bigbluespike5645 already made a comment about how the nuke works, which in their words, &quot;returns a ginormous nested list of numbers.&quot; Nesting, in this case, means to put something inside of that something, like an array inside of an array. Or a folder inside of a folder, if you will.<br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sIFuthEYh0&amp;t=847">14:07</a> That line was made into a &quot;comment&quot; at the last second, which turns it into a non-tangible line of code. It won&apos;t be seen by the compiler; no errors will be returned.
