  Ingvild is even more creepy if you play a female character, the necromancer calls you a plaything, paired with everything else there and it becomes very clear what he meant by plaything

  what you didn&apos;t mention Arondil is his Unique dialog to a female Dragonborn. to a male Dragonborn he says &quot;What? An intruder? Attack, my lovelies!&quot; that line is pretty creepy on it&apos;s own, but if the dragonborn is female he says &quot;Ah, another plaything for my collection.&quot; that is a beautifully written line, it perfectly shows his character, and how creepy he is. a monster for sure.

  I think alva, the Vampire from morthal is worth mentioning, the way she basically destroys Hrogger&apos;s Family and then essentially replaces them.

  I want to add another mention: Sild the Warlock. He&apos;s a necromancer residing in Rannveig&apos;s Fast who lures people into his traps where he either tortures them to death or to the point of killing themselves. And the torture doesn&apos;t end there. He traps their spirits and keeps them as slaves where he has them kill others, and even going as far as leaving their minds intact to leave them fully aware of their actions but can&apos;t do anything to stop it. He has no ulterior motive, no grandiose plot, he just tortures because he loves it.

  I say Harkon. Not only of because of the scale for his crimes, but what he did to his own family. Turning them into daughters of Cold Harbor. That&apos;s a lot more personal

  I think something about Mercer Frey that many miss is what he does before the end; his very last action is to use the power of the skeleton key (Which in lore can alter reality) to break apart the roof of the cave you are in to crush both himself and you and to flood the place too for good measure. Rather than accept that he has lost he tries taking you and Karliah out with him which does say a lot about him
