  On our ranch we never separate our dogs. Everyone eats at the same time and sleeps under the same roof, people and dogs. We also never leave our senior dogs behind. While still able they help immensely in training the younger dogs. Retirement for our dogs just means riding around in the air conditioned truck watching the youngsters work 😂

  there is nothing better than watching a border collie work my old dog has passed now and he was my best friend I miss him every day its been 10 years now and I can not bring myself to go thru it again enjoy every minute you have with them it goes fast great vid thanks

  This is just incredible to watch. It makes me want to buy a herd of sheep so I can then get a border collie and watch her in action all day.

  I'm picking up my 8week old B/C dog next week. Although he won't be working, he will be a regular visitor to the farm, where he was born, visiting his parents, and some of his siblings , to run the fields and socialise as much as he wants. He is from great stock, and his grand parents are still working dogs. ( Welsh hill farmers ) It's taken me 5yrs to get the courage to get another dog, after losing my best mate  Max, a border terrier, who was with us for 18yrs.  The grief is still bad .but at 73, I am hoping I won't have to go through it again. Thanks for sharing this vid.
