  I'm a developer and literally had someone reach out to me today about the exact same scam. I was like "Oh no! What do I do now" wasting their time while reporting them.

  friend of konethorix. the worst part about the scam on him is that it was done specifically on a Sunday because Roblox staffs don’t work that day, making it easier to avoid punishment for a while and potentially to give them time to dev ex the money they stole from him. thanks for covering his situation NTTS

  As a discord mod, we do not dm you after your ban, specifically if its a big server, we're using modmail or a moderation bot to tell that you are lol

  hey there, roblox dev here! i got dmed from a guy informing me about someone impersonating me on this scam and these screenshots are the exact same. its pretty stupid but funny to see how stupid they can get.

  As the owner of a Public Roblox Developer server, these guys are getting WAYYY too crafty with their methods. Some scammer reports are so obvious it&apos;s actually laughable and we even have #⚠│hall-of-shame to spread awareness (as well as respectfully mock their efforts of course)<br><br>... But others are genuinely terrifying and it&apos;s really eye opening to see how fast they&apos;re evolving their methods. We&apos;ve got this, but at the same time, you really can&apos;t trust ANYONE in DMs...
