  The Skyrim one may not actually be that far off. Skyrim was apparently created in 6 years by a team of 100 people, so assuming a 40-hour work week for everyone involved, that comes out to about 143 person-years (6*100*(40/(24*7))).

  The end may be funny, but it also shows how GPTs like it work. It doesn’t <b>exactly</b> create its own writing, it looks at what’s written so far and tries to guess what comes next. When things like that happen, it sees that one person has been writing a bunch of nonsense, so attempts to pass it off as a joke and provide correct information, but it doesn’t work, and the cycle continues.
