I can't fathom why everyone's clothing, hair, and makeup is completely modern. Even for low budget productions it's not <b>that</b> hard to mimic an 80s look.

One thing that makes the movie even more awkward is the lack of background noise. You’re telling me that the only people talking at a PARTY are the two people fighting??? So much of the movie is so quiet and awkward.
