Never forget Bin Laden was found hiding out in an elite Pakistani neighborhood with many high ranking military families nearby. This is absolutely a product of their own actions.

This reminds me of what someone wrote many years ago about Pakistan’s support of the Taliban back in the 1990s. He said something along the lines of: “Pakistan’s military thought backing the Taliban would create ‘strategic depth’ for Pakistan in its confrontation with India. Instead the Taliban used Pakistan to create ‘strategic depth’ for Afghanistan.”
