Lol, after "a non-disparagement", J Z's next line shoulda been, "I'm the real embarrassment ". Because he is. He took the public's notice of Colin's contribution to Nolan Wells's family as a personal slight. He's insecure. He doesn't deal with slights well. He had a tantrum. He overreacts.
