  I think Gabrielle is the reason why Xena is a gay/lesbian or queer icon on show, since the show went on and after it ended as Xena maybe recognise for that. <br><br>But I think it was Gabrielle was the one, who made Xena the queer icon she know for.<br><br>But I always thought that Gabrielle was queer as she kinda looks like the gay one. <br><br>As the way Gabrielle looks and hits on Xena during the show, also her looks with her short hair cut and buff body in season 5 to 6.

  I wish they would reprise their roles in a CGI Xena series! That way they wouldn’t have to do stunts. Also the fans would struggle to accept anyone else in the roles they made their own.
