I just retired at 55 with a VERY healthy portfolio. This is a real issue for me. I don’t feel the guilt of spending so much as I don’t like buying junk. I’m trying to spend on experiences. It’s going to be a struggle

Great perspectives Brandon. We all have to slowly learn to reverse that narrative that we've internalized over the years. It is holding us back from living the lives we were meant to enjoy. Knowing the facts as you presented them should help dispel the fear.

When you save your entire life, you worry about spending too much and also about not spending enough. Life was so much simpler when you spend everything you make. But then you worry about not being able to ever retire. Brandon, great video and your coaching will never be replaced by AI.

Thanks Brandon! Great video, you are so right that the "habit of saving" can make it hard to spend... thanks for keeping telling us to spend and enjoy!

They don’t underspend because nobody ever built them a safe plan. The reason they underspend is because it’s in their DNA. That’s how they ended up with all that money in the first place.
