Do you think the band’s experiences were genuine paranormal encounters, or did decades of storytelling turn them into legend?

Had to pause it around the 4 minute mark. As someone that believes not necessarily in demons but evil and good forces, when someone says I put inverted crosses and pictures of Satan on my wall and have a 1600 century spell book, what in the entirety of fuck do you expect to happen

Actor Christopher Lee once issued stern warning against dabbling in the occult to a curious group of fans, stating, "I warn all of you: never, never, never. You will not only lose your mind, you lose your soul."

All they need is an invitation. Not complicated rituals. If you ask me the rituals and books are like lures.
They play off your curiosity.

The interviews and clips are from 1999 when Sabbath reunited. The DVD is called Black Sabbath: The Last Supper". The band name came from a Boris Karloff movie of the same name. Ozzy's dad made crosses at his workplace for the guys in the band to wear because he said they'd need protection, so that's why you see them wear those big crosses. Geezer said Ozzy gave him the book as a present since he knew Geezer was into that sort of thing. After the whatever it was left, he said he jumped out of bed to throw the book out and the book was gone, disappeared, he never found it again! He told Ozzy the next day about it and Ozzy wound up writing the lyrics for the song Black Sabbath.

6:03,, I’ll never forget the first time I saw that Shadow Man staring at me from my bedroom doorway in around 3rd grade, and he returned soon afterwards and right when he was about to get to my bed, I snapped out of it and did not want to go back to sleep for awhile..I’ve had sleep paralysis so many times throughout my 56 years of life, you have to remember to CALL OUT FOR JESUS CHRIST, and as soon as you do, it will stop immediately !!! And prayer works wonders too, so try not to forget to pray before going to sleep..
