I think what makes the Ultimate Cliffhanger so iconic is the evolution of it! It proves so hard that even the minor changes are seen as so brutal!

I think the hardest part isn’t the obstacles themselves but the transition no landing pads

3 obstacles immediately come to mind when I think about American Ninja Warrior: Warped Wall, Salmon Ladder and of course the Ultimate Cliffhanger (which was originally a regular cliffhanger then they buffed the hell out of it)

Stage 3 is way too easy these past few seasons. The cliffhanger is a joke now, as not only have they taken out multiple of the jumps from it, but the ledges are way too big. Just make the ledges like sasuke. Also, put the vertical limit after the curved body prop. I think that would be amazing.

A lot of people like Cane Lane.

Out of all the women that could possibly get through Stage 3, Katie Bone might've had the best chance of getting to the Ultimate Cliffhanger if Stage 1 wasn't so accident-prone.

I think Road Signs would’ve been better as a Stage 1 or 2 closer

This is Sandra's son Dylan, and here's my top 3
3. Cane Lane/Curved Body Prop (TIE), Cane Lane was very tough, it should've stayed longer. Curved Body Prop gives a big test on your muscles, even though everybody got passed it, it was still very hard.
2. Flying Bar, it has to be, it was the final obstacle of Stage 3 for a long time, it took out several competitors, even though pretty much everybody got passed this obstacle on later seasons.
1. Ultimate Cliffhanger, it's easier than it used to be, but how would it not be at #1.
