Leandro Ladeira Ensina Como GANHAR R$45 MIL por MÊS no INSTAGRAM (Com Manychat)

Leandro Ladeira analyzes the Instagram and sales page of Fran, a confectioner who sells "Bala do Barulho" for R$97, and works with her to create a complete plan to triple her revenue from R$15,000 to R$45,000 per month. In this episode of "Follow the Plan," Leandro shows how to calculate CPA and ROAS in paid traffic, how to structure order bumps and upsells, and how to set up an automation in ManyChat that transforms Instagram comments into automatic sales. Leandro Ladeira is a sales and copywriting specialist, having mentored 1,300 mentees and created training programs such as "Stories 10X" and the "Sell Every Single Day (VTSD)" method, which teaches how to create a digital product from scratch and transform digital businesses into profitable and sustainable operations. Fran's problem wasn't a lack of content or product, it was a lack of system. She handled paid traffic, creatives, and Instagram herself, but she didn't know how to interpret her own numbers or structure a sales funnel. Leandro provides a point-by-point diagnosis: from the wrong timing for stories to the excessive use of "institutional" content in posts, from the lack of upselling to the confusion between CPA and actual losses.
