I would say Metatton in game has pretty inconsistent voice
Its low pitched "Oh yes"
High pitched "yeah~"
And little bit rough unused NEO voice clip "Heagh"
So I guess Mettaton's "canon" voice suposed to change pitch of his voice depends of the situation

Imagine voice 4 and voice 5 had a baby and that's what my favorite Mettaton voice is.

Mettaton can probably sound like any of these whenever he wants. He is an actor, after all. Personally, I prefer his “natural” voice as the narcissist, but each archetype has its reasons for Mettaton himself to use them in different situations. Imagine him trying to sound like the automaton during his intro, but struggling to not add bombast and inflection, thus ruining the illusion of being a machine

At the very least, everyone can agree that he has a robotic filter over his voice in base and EX form

I like that nobody can agree what characters with voice lines sound like, and then we get to characters like Alphys which sounds like Lisa Simpson with a cold

If i remember correctly, in Jacksepticeye's ancient playthrough of Undertale, he actually used two voices for Mettaton. The classic Robot voice for his Boxy form, and a more suave, deeper voice, akin to Voice #5.
