  King is I think the greatest monster art in all of yugioh. He's not flashy, he's not covered in useless buckles and orbs and spikes, he's just very clearly a skull servant but drawn with such aura and intensity that you can feel just by looking at him that he is the king.

  Wightlord was absolutely TCG dropping the ball on localization. Lightsworn in OCG is Lightlord, so the pun hit there, but they didn&apos;t localize it from lord to sworn. It was printed in the Light of Destruction retrain set, he is wearing Jain&apos;s armor, Skull Dog Marron is with him wearing Ryko&apos;s gear, and the effect is on theme.<br><br>It. Was. Right. There.

  I love how the Skull Servant&apos;s lore starts serious with the implication that he is an undead who was raised during the power struggle between <b>The Dark King of The Abyss</b> and <b>Ha Des</b> , but his later appearances depict him and the rest of the Wights as just the Addams family, but with their supernatural undertones being <b>overtones</b><br><br>TL;DR our boy is just out here living his best life and you have to respect it.

  I love how King of the Skull Servants has gone from Eldritch Lich Lord to Sitcom Bumbling Dad throught the years.

  I honestly really like the name &quot;King of the Skull Servants&quot; specifically because of the way the name implies some sort of weakness, but you look at the card art and the numbers it can get to and you almost kind of have to respect it. The name is very fitting for what quite literally has been an underdog archetype for nearly its entire existence, since if you don&apos;t respect what it took for him to &quot;become King&quot;, you&apos;re probably going to wake up to a 20k punch to the face.

  I swear &quot;ojama lime&quot; as a concept is so funny to me i literally can&apos;t say it. I start laughing at ojama. Just the thought that i would say &quot;ojama lime&quot; sends me over the top.
