  For me dealing with burnout is mostly about knowing myself, identifying my feelings, why am I feeling them and how can I treat them. When you feel burnout it’s important to be able to take a step back and relax. Maybe a nice warm bath, maybe a walk to the park or a chat with a  friend! This qualities are significant in our daily life to prevent burnout and stay healthy ❤

  My advice is to just wait until your frontal lobe develops. Life truly gets so much better and things that used to bother you don’t anymore, and you learn to take a step back and look at a new perspective
