  Good to see a video like this. I'm tired of seeing videos titled stuff like "Everything you need to know about Sigil: A Guide for Experts" and then it's like 11 minutes long.

  I love mysterious figures like the Lady of Pain.  She has no stats, no dialog, does not give quests, but her influence on Sigil is palpable.  Love it.

  I don't often see Mechanus discussed in much depth so a video about it would be great. Same for Carceri, Acheron, Gehenna, and Limbo.

  I now watch Guide to the Abyss regularly as a sleep aid, after already watching it once normally. I love these long, chill, fascinating dives into the world of Planescape.

  Back in the day, a DM explained Sigil as the last remnant of the previous mulit-verse and the Lady as it's manifest persona. I like how  AJ described her. That the Lady, AO and Tharizdun are aspects of reality. AO (creation or law). The Lady (stability or neutrality). Tharizdun (entropy or chaos). It fits my game style so "It shall be!" in my rambling, infrequent Greyhawk campaign.

  When you were talking about how you didn't like the Grease Pit because it wasn't grimdark enough it was kind of interesting to me because I found that bit entirely relatable to places like the Hive Ward of Sigil in the real world.  I was in the Navy for 6 years and traveled all over the place, spending a lot of times in the heavily congested, massive on a scale that makes New York look like Kalamazoo, cities in east asia used as numbers comparisons in the early part of this video.  I've been to Manilla, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, just about all the big Sigilian hubs of our world, and going out to the slums for kick ass street food was a tradition in every last one of them.  You can get robbed.  One guy on our boat got picked up by a girl and came back without his wallet or shoes.  All we ever got out of him was "Don't want to talk about it".  But big open markets full of stalls and food trucks where visitors go to get real local food is a staple in the "Hive Districts" of just about all of the closest analogs we have to Sigil in our world.
