I turned 76 this June. I workout 4 days a week taking dance classes because that’s what I enjoy. I lost the love of my life last year, he was a musician. We had a fabulous life together and I’m still living a fabulous life with my friends. I don’t think about my age.

It's great, amazing to see how some older seniors are living such energy . Keeping yourself busy does a lot of good mentally ,physically.

Age is indeed just a number, old is a mindset!
Adapt, improvise and overcome.
This statement describes your life and I thank you for your weekly podcast. Bravo to you! BTW, thank you sharing your health story and being such an example for those that are on the same journey.
Always an attitude of gratitude.

Getting old is a blessing and a gift.

I value your courage and that you give voice to living a best life in later years. For me, at 78, I am no longer brave and careless. The biggest blow to my forward momentum was losing my mom 2 years ago. She was 94, very sharp even with health struggles. I had already lost my husband of 30 years, and my identity as a horsewoman when my aged horses passed on. Now I cannot climb out of the feeling of loss and vulnerability even though I have a devoted partner and my health. The struggle is real. 💌

    Diane,
This is one of your most inspirational podcasts. I ❤️ the topic!
As a 60-something woman, I am living my best life. I have more confidence, experience, wisdom and skills to offer.
I am still working in my industry which I love and plan to work into my 70s. In addition to my career... I am healthy, happily married and have a community of supportive family and friends. I believe "old" is a state of mind.
I consciously seek out people living vibrant, productive lives in their 70s, 80s, 90s, and centurions as role models for aging. My 98 y.o Mother who recently transitioned was and is a role model for longevity, healthy living and having a full life up until 2 months before she died. 🎉😊❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Jane Fonda has had work done but I loved her reason for it was because her look didn’t match how she felt inside, not a direct quote but I loved that.

I’m 70, and watching friends die that I have known for decades. It has made me think about death...A lot. Can you do a video about this? I know you try to be very positive and uplifting in your videos, but could you be really honest about this topic?

European women have always known this….in USA it is all about youth and beauty….no need to always be struggling against time….embrace time….let go
