The fact that Jim Johnston isn’t in the hall of fame is so disrespectful & just plain wrong.

This was when the sun was beginning to set on Ken Shamrock's career in the WWF. Of all the wrestlers who never made another appearance on TV, he is the one who I wish we had seen again at some point. Having said that, the damage Shamrock did to Undertaker's leg here continued to be sold onscreen and would nag the Deadman for the rest of his Ministry run. While Taker had legit problems of course with his ankle and knee around this time that led to his hiatus in September 1999, having Shamrock be the one responsible for his injuries in storyline was an amazing way to put over the "World's Most Dangerous Man" one last time as being an unhinged, unpredictable, and ruthless individual who was intimidated by no one.

That ministry theme is easily in the top 15 themes of all time. Hell so is Ken Shamrocks.

Seeing matches like this reminds that Taker basically wrestled against just about every wrestler back then. The only one I wished he could've wrestled against in his prime as The Undertaker character and not as Mean Mark was Sting.

Hard to explain just how hot Taker was at this time, as a heel. He took heel work to a new level. He was the overwhelming top heel in WWE, maybe all of American pro wrestling. He and Austin deserved the time off tho.
