You can tell the previous owners did a lot of harvesting themselves having the bathroom suite attached to outside terrace.  My family had the same idea living next to a vineyard so they did not have to worry about tracking dirt across the house to use the bathroom.

If I could live there full time. This would be the perfect home. The main house is fantastic. The taverna would be a very special place to host meals. But could also be used as a guest suet. The covered patio on the first floor would also be a fantastic place to host parties. So many options. A beautiful home.

Maybe you could have some "glamping" units in that large yard.

Dave, love the home! I would make the bathroom upstairs one with double sinks either separate OR a large double sink console. DON'T TAKE WALLS OUT UPSTAIRS. NO NEED (in my opinion). I agree with you downstairs in the kitchen taking out the portion of the wall. The one thing I would definitely do would be to replace all of the boring tiles and go crazy with beautiful custom tiles inside the home. A good cleanup and maybe a paint job and that's it. I will attempt to buy this!!!!!!

Another fantastic find. How great with all that outdoor space and the views from the upper level. Did someone mention pool😃??? .  I totally agree. I love that this place is move in ready but there is also so much one could do.   But honestly, that kitchen is sad all tucked away in the corner. I would totally consider using that gorgeous upstairs terrace as a kitchen/family area with putting in large windows so that amazing view could be thoroughly enjoyed. Maybe a half BR at the far end could be fit in. I think there are so many ways to rework the rooms/BR. That Travena (?spelling) is a wonderful area.  I would love to see an outdoor kitchen added in that covered area where the bread oven is. And how cool is it that  they have a BR accessible to the outdoors. I love this feature.  I haven’t got it all figured out but my imagination goes wild thinking about possibilities with a place like this. It’s so fun to dream. Luckily family who buys this one. Thanks Dave.
