I like how the premise doesn't even have anything to do with nepotism. That requires you getting benefits from family members. Cronyism is getting benefits from people you have a personal relationship with.<br>Inheritance murder actually has a law in the US, the slayer rule.<br>Women who kill lovers (or organise their deaths), usually for profit, are called Black Widows, as it was believed the spider namesake ate their mate. It was just general cannibalism, nothing to do with mating, and the lab conditions not allowing the male to escape far enough.<br>A male spousal killer is called a Bluebeard after a french folk tale.
