man this is so spot on. a little triggered bc i know you’re so right 😭. i’ll work all day, go to the gym, do laundry, clean my house & then won’t sleep til 2am to try to be as productive as possible but then im in a sequence of going through the motion & constantly feeling drained. i keep saying i want to be on the beach with a drink having fun, in my current mentality id feel guilty for not being productive, time to sit with myself and reflect. thank you for your wisdom as always my love
