You gotta check out the full version of her EP. I did not expect it to go so hard. Yxelixi has the lyric vid on their channel. It’s called Outside the Mountain.

When I found out Kirsty Rider was Qing’s voice I was so excited. Loved her in E33 and I still love her here.

@8:15 she can indeed fly on her sword like that .. similar to Aemeath's mech, which you still didn't try !!!! (you only hovered, she can actually speed up)
Both are not great for short (initial momentum too fast) or long (limited flight stamina) distance, but very convenient for medium distance - which is what you need most of the time anyway.

Although as cool as she is, the 2 characters after the next (Jingran) one are going to be another peak. Which is crazy as we already had two peaks this region lol (Aemeath and Hiyuki).

The really funny thing is that theres a non zero chance that the food Qingxiao gave Buling was takeout. The boxes have the logo of a delivery company on them. Whether its more amusing that a master Cultivator relies on takeout or that a delivery company delivers to a Cultivators isolated home is up to you.

Shes a Cultivator in the realms of Xianxia, basically, Chinese high Fantasy. Its the sort of setting where the upper echelons of power are so insanely strong that they can kill those at lower levels with a look. Qingxiao isnt at that level, but a rain of swords is a staple in Xianxia stories.

Really, if you are going to watch the Combat and Character showcase, it should be combat first since they feed into each other.

The Master thing is a result of some slightly iffy translation between Chinese and English that goes beyond just language. I believe that the original Chinese used a word thats used as an honorific for those who are masters in their craft, rather than a teacher. Senior would probably be a more accurate translation, but for some reason people get funny about that.

About the master thing. In the chinese version they use qianbei (i don't use pinyin sorry), that means senior here in context of somebody further on the path of cultivation. So technically they could use senior master, but it's weird sounding so they decided to use the word master that is more of the description for Qingxiao than a relationship status between Buling and Qingxiao. Also about the tasking Qingxiao with Buling's training it's more of a favor from a fellow cultivator instead of a direct order from sb above her. Sth like what you could see in Mushoku Tensei with Sword God asking North Emperor and Water God to train with Eris.

6:05 That’s why her hair is so long. Evens out the weight distribution surely.

In both CN and JP, Buling calls her Senior in their respective languages instead of Master. Only in EN does Buling call Qingxiao as Master.

The strongest character, so far. I've already got my astrites saved for Hsin.

qingxiao was first mentioned in one of buling's intimacy storylines. it actually talks about the fight against jianxin and talking with qingxiao even all the way back when ahha - master is a standard respectful title for martial arts and buling trained under another person who hasn't been named yet. also yeah qingxiao has a superior who also has a superior (who apparently ALSO has a superior LMAO).

Yangyang Xuanling showcase as well pls, you skipped it. xD
P.S. your voice was too low or video too high. :D
For future reference, the Combat Showcase comes out first, so it's best if you see that first, it also has a small preview of the Resonator Showcase.
