  Your Honour, I take offence to the characterisation of my client as a HBO copyright violator. Mr Borko has not been found guilty of anything, he is awaiting trial for alleged offences. With all due respect to YouTube’s medical facilities, in his condition Mr Borko has every right to pursue and upload the best possible Sopranos clips that he can afford.
