Cultural Horizons Foundation Cultural Horizons Foundation is a possibility- and purpose-driven organization that honors legacy, celebrates identity, and cultivates potential. We believe thriving communities are built when people are equipped to know who they are, understand where they come from, and imagine what is possible for the future. Through education, the arts, advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement, Cultural Horizons creates opportunities for youth, young adults, families, educators, and communities to learn, connect, create, and lead. We honor the contributions and legacies of those who have shaped our communities while investing in the people who will carry that legacy forward. Our work brings together legacy, learning, creativity, and civic engagement to cultivate environments where individuals and communities can flourish. Honoring Legacy. Cultivating Potential. Building Futures.
