I have set out on a long journey through the world, discovering new places, cultures, and spiritual traditions while exploring myself and the deeper nature of life. Increasing Frequency is a journey of self-awareness — an exploration of the visible and invisible dimensions of our existence through travel, relationships, challenges, devotion, and everything that life places along the way. It is a climb toward the summit, where every experience can become a teacher. Along the way, I explore my beliefs about freedom, identity, and reality, while encountering ancient wisdom and spiritual traditions that have been asking these same questions for thousands of years. This is a journey we all share in our own way. We meet, shape, challenge, teach, and learn from one another. Every person, every place, and every experience becomes part of the path.
