Retro Regen is an independent U.S. mail-in vintage gaming repair and restoration service owned and operated by me, Heath. I’m an electrical engineer and software developer with a lifelong interest in game consoles, computers, and vintage electronics. I personally review every service request, communicate with every customer, and perform every repair, restoration, and final test. This channel documents actual work performed at my workbench: console, handheld, controller, and cartridge repairs; microsoldering; component replacement; cleaning; modifications; diagnostics; and occasional custom parts and tools. I use AI-assisted tools for portions of Retro Regen’s graphic design, marketing, writing, and administration. The hardware, repair photography, and footage shown here document actual work performed by me. Use the Start a Repair Request link below if your vintage gaming hardware needs help. One technician. Real repairs. Direct communication.
