Name's Travis. I'm 52, I've owned the same half-acre since 2003, and I have personally been ripped off by every major lawn equipment brand at least once. Here's the short version of how this channel got started. Last spring I dropped $4200 on a "commercial grade" zero-turn from a dealer who looked me in the eye and told me it was the same machine the landscapers buy. Eleven months later the transmission was making a noise my dog wouldn't sleep through. I took it back. The dealer told me, with a straight face, that 11 months of "residential use" on a "commercial grade" mower had voided the warranty because, quote, "you cut your own grass with it." That was the day I decided I was done.
