For more than 30 years Dougie Grevett & Nick Hando have lived the world of Dragon Boat racing — competing across the globe and now calling the action from the commentary tower. Nick is a true waterman. He is the co-founder of Paddle for the Planet and brazenly established the two world famous Bondi Diggers and Dubai Diggers Dragon Boat teams. He’s spent over 30 years coaching and paddling, collecting wins from all four corners of the globe. Dougie’s roots run deep in Surf Lifesaving, paddling single skis, double skis and kayaks. before transitioning into Dragon Boating after a chance meeting with Nick in Hong Kong. The shores of the infamous Stanley Bay is where their story began. Where ever it takes them, they will always have their Paddles Ready !
