The name “Aimless Drifter” is the theme of my life. I love to travel through life a little aimlessly. After suffering a major stroke in 2021, for the first time my life I faced my own mortality. The stroke made me awaken, to live a very spontaneous and random life. Traveling with no plans at all, no expectations, no checklists. For most humans a strict travel itinerary is a must, checking off destinations like a to-do list running from one destination to the other. In my opinion traveling with an itinerary is the only way to completely miss everything. Missing everything that is special about the people, geography, architecture, history, and culture. Traveling without an itinerary allows me to meet the most amazing people, taste foods that I never knew existed, finding art and history along the way. I have friends in far off places that are amazing. Hopefully I can inspire you to travel as an Aimless Drifter and experience real travel.
