Welcome to Whose Plate Smacks, a Black-owned food competition series based in Phoenix, Arizona. Bold recipes. Big personalities. Honest reactions. One question: Whose plate really smacks? Each episode brings together passionate home cooks who prepare their signature recipes off-site and bring them to the studio for a blind taste test. Real critiques. Honest scores. No filters. From soul food and comfort food to creative spins on viral recipes, we highlight Black chefs, food entrepreneurs, and rising culinary talent in our community and beyond.
