Inspired by legendary figures like Carl Cox and the vibes of the underground music scene, Amlef embarked on his musical journey with a guitar in hand and a pedal effects board, creating hypnotic sonic atmospheres under the name "The WiR Experience." However, his quest for electronic music led him down a different path, where artists like Joris Voorn became his primary source of inspiration. In 2018, a significant milestone marked Amlef's career when he made the leap to Pioneer turntables. Since then, he has been focus on melodic house, melodic techno, and progressive music. Today, Amlef is fully dedicated to music production with modular synthesis and runs a music studio in the vibrant city of Bogotá. There, he crafts original music and handles mastering for emerging artists from the Colombian capital. Additionally, he collaborates closely with prominent DJs in the music scene, contributing to projects that are making a lasting impact on electronic music.
