About Hamachan 🤗 Born in 1990, from Kagoshima, Japan. Driven by a passion for the TV industry, I moved to Tokyo to attend university and was fortunate enough to land a job at a television production company. I worked as a cameraman for over 10 years, filming studio shoots, location shoots, and live broadcasts across a wide range of programs. After gaining years of hands-on experience, I went independent. With a strong desire to give back to the people who have supported me, I launched this YouTube channel. Now, I run "Chinese Kitchen: Behind the Scenes", where I travel across Japan to spotlight and support Chinese restaurants through video storytelling.
