Hi! Let us introduce ourselves, we are Mary Gail and Phil, or more importantly known as MiGi and Poppy to our 6 (soon to be 7) grandchildren. We have been married for 33 years and we love all things DIY. Phil is a contractor and can absolutely do anything that I dream up, and I can dream up quite a bit! I love to cook and craft and learn new things so it seems like we are always busy with something. BUT THEN, Phil was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and it stopped us in our tracks. With Celiac, you have to remove all gluten from your diet and I never knew how prevalent gluten is in all that we eat- it's not just bread. I was in a bit of a panic because I was seeing all that we couldn't eat anymore but then started to turn around and focus on what we still could enjoy. We got the idea to start this channel so that we can learn this new way to eat together, including lots of great gluten free recipes, and also incorporate our fun DIY projects.
