I am a Buddhist monk, and this is a channel dedicated entirely to Buddhism. This channel focuses on awakening and explores the problems of life and the mind together. Why do we suffer? Why do we cling and feel anxious? Who am I, really? Here, we explore these questions from the perspective of awakening, while also talking about everyday life, the mind, human relationships, and the challenges of living. This channel does not speak about enlightenment as something separate from reality. Instead, it explains awakening through the real struggles and concerns we experience in daily life. Our aim is deep yet accessible understanding— philosophical, yet practical— an understanding that can truly transform your life. May all beings be at peace. May all beings be happy.
