Immersed in the vibrant metro Charlotte region, Davidson College is a campus where century-old trees and brick buildings blend with a culture of innovation and an array of state-of-the-art facilities. A liberal arts college of about 2,000 students, Davidson emphasizes the impact of relationships and experiential learning. We are governed by a vital Honor Code that sets the tone for academic and residential life. We are the alma mater to 23 Rhodes Scholars, and home to 21 sports at a NCAA Division I level. We proudly stand as one of only two dozen schools in the United States that admit students independent of their family’s ability to pay, cover the bills beyond the family’s calculated contribution, and do so without loans in the student’s aid package.
