Dragii mei bine ati venit pe canalul "Retetele Mihaelei" !!! Eu sunt Mihaela Carmina Pop, gazda voastra pe aceasta pagina. In momentul de fata (2021) am 37 de ani, sunt casatorita si traiesc in Bucuresti. Imi place teribil mancarea buna, vremea buna si oamenii calzi. Cariera mea s-a invartit foarte mult in jurul industriei alimentare. Sapte ani am fost controlor de calitate intr-o fabrica ce produce amelioratori pentru faina si ingrediente pentru brutarii si cofetarii. Am avut noroc sa intalnesc multi profesionisti, de la ingineri pe industria alimentara, la brutari si cofetari cu zeci de ani de experienta in spate, de la care am invatat foarte multe si carora le multumesc. Acum tot ce am invatat de la acesti minunati oameni impartasesc cu voi ... :)
