Julie and Luke, Earl and Countess of Sandwich, welcome you backstage at Britain’s Finest Manor* to share the joys and challenges of life on a 21st century English country estate. We are incredibly lucky to live in such beautiful and historic surroundings. But maintaining a large country house is no picnic – even for the family that invented the sandwich. Everything needs constant repair – we’re always running around trying to plug the leaks! So please help support this important part of England’s heritage and join our journey of restoration and discovery, with weekly episodes, behind-the-scenes content and special events. Join us at https://www.stately.club/signup - for lovers of historic houses, period drama and all things royal. The launch of Mapperton Live has been made possible by a Culture Recovery Fund for Heritage grant. * awarded by Country Life magazine
