Welcome to Roots to Fruits — an off grid family farmstead — in the making. Hello! We’re Gemma and Filipe. We left our old lives behind to buy abandoned land and live off grid, and now we’re sharing every step of the journey as we transform it into a self-sufficient homestead. From van life to a tiny home, to restoring an ancient farmhouse — join us as we slowly create an abundant oasis in these wild hills. Fruit trees, gardens, natural pools, and so much more — built with our own hands. We document it all through weekly episodes, telling the real story of what happens when a family goes all in on a new way of life. If you’d like to support what we’re building here, every Patreon or YouTube membership truly goes a long way. ❤️ Subscribe and join us on the journey.
