Hi I'm Cal Renner I grew up around people who knew what food was supposed to look like. We grew it, sorted it, hauled it to market, and sold it to the same families week after week, and nobody needed to read a label to know what they were getting. My family farmed this valley for three generations, and I've been standing behind that table since I was 7 years old. That means I've spent my whole life looking at the difference between food that was grown for you and food that was built to a price. On this channel, I take one ordinary thing off the supermarket shelf and show you what it used to be, what's in the packet now, and why it changed.
