How to read a room, correct it, and make it beautiful with what is already in it — from a French decorator of fourteen years. I am Colette. I grew up in the Croix-Rousse in Lyon, in a building where the ceilings were four metres high because they were built for silk looms, not for people. My grandmother made curtains and upholstery in that city for forty-one years, and my father was a house painter who mixed his own colours. I spent those years on small apartments — rented ones, dark ones, badly renovated ones — and I left because the trade only knows how to tell you to buy something. Here I share the other way. Every video solves its own problem in full. Nothing in them is for sale. The book is only what my grandmother made me write down, in one place, if you want it.
