I'm 74, and I live at the head of the same eastern Kentucky holler where I was born, in the house my great-granddaddy raised in 1889. My people fed, warmed, doctored, and protected a family with almost nothing, back when the store was far and help was an hour's ride away. I'm the last one left that remembers how, so I'm putting it all on this channel while I still can.
